"I received a defective product that did not heat ti the desired temperature less than a month after purchase. Contacted customer service for a replacement. Response was send a photo and video. Um, not sure why the need for a photo, it's the same as the one on the website where I purchased. And how is a video supposed to show the tool not working properly. Utterly disappointed and just bought a more reliable brand. Won't be purchasing from Nume again"

"My hair straightener has outlived every other hair product that I’ve bought since I bought this one. It’s been almost a full decade of using the same hair straightener. The only issue I have is that the outside is now sticky from the years of abuse that it’s been through. The heating plates work great nothing is broken and this thing has been through hell. If you’re gonna buy a hair straightener, you need to buy this one. I have extremely curly hair, one pass and it’s perfectly straight if I had to buy anything again, I would buy this one. "I bought this straightener off of a recommendation from my niece. I am a Cosmetologist and have used other brands in the past. I am so impressed by this little machine. It works so well, don't have to use it on the highest temp setting. It gives me perfect style and shine every time. From bouncy curls, to subtle waves, to sleek straight hair. And, I don't worry about frying my color treated hair! My only complaint is, the outside of iron gets hotter than my others.. I don't want to have to wear a glove, everytime I use it."
