LOVED IT for 12+ years

"I have had this curling wand for over 12 years and use it weekly! I LOVED IT! Yes, I used past tense because I went to plug it in today after justing my hair dresser that I love it and swear by it, and it just died. I never understood people swearing by a hair tool or being sad when an appliance/tool died, but this one. . . I am actually sad about and dreading finding a "replacement". It was my "go to", I took it on every vacation/trip, it was so easy to use, convenient and even let me extend time between hair washes! I wish I could get another base because I'm afraid I'll never find one as good :("

Burning smell, melted inside & split in two.

"Loved this when I first got it! Loved the different rod sizes. Temperature was very hot but held my curls all day, even next. After a couple of months the curling iron started to smell and become loose. Shortly after that the head literally melted inside and split in half when I was curling my hair - burning my shoulder and the other piece in my left in my hand. The base was still usable. Started to only use the other two rods left but shortly after, I noticed they started to do the same…smell then become loose from the parts that snapped together. I didn’t want to chance it happening again and burning myself even worse so I tossed it all out. Like many, mine was out of warranty also. Very unfortunate because these are not cheap."

"Had it for 12 years and it died 1. 5 week ago. I loved this hair wand so much. I also had the Megastar flat iron and that died last year but it was my fault (I took it to Europe and plugged in the wrong area of the converter and it fried). Hope it restocks soon so I can get another hair wand"

"I originally had the magic curling wand. I mean I have had that thing for 10+ years. My hair holds curl best with that. Well old girl finally kinda started to give out. So I decided to go with the 3 in 1 this time. I am STILL in love with Nume! I also got them on sale, so it was really a steal!! Definitely recommend!"

BEST EVER!!

"I bought this wand set when I was in high school, about EIGHT YEARS AGO. It has been the only curling wand I’ve used since. There were years I used it heavy and years I barely touched it, but to this day it STILL. WORKS. WELL. At this point it’s having a hard time reaching higher temps but is 100% still usable. I’ve moved several times, travelled with it, dropped it and banged it around more times than I can’t count, and this baby is still going, and still giving me flawless beach curls. It’s worth it yall. Ordering a new one asap"
