Our products are special, and they’re packaged with the greatest care so you receive them in perfect condition. NuMe’s customer service team is always ready to help you with all aspects of the shipping and delivery of your order, so please contact us with any questions and concerns. We want to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Orders are shipped same day or within 24 hours of being placed. During peak holiday season and promotional sales, order processing may unfortunately take longer sometimes up to 1-3 business days depending on the volume of orders received.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive its tracking number in an email.
- It can take up to 4 days for your tracking information to appear. Rarely, tracking details may not update, but you will still receive your order.
- Products are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles.
- We ship Monday through Friday, not on weekends or holidays.
- Please note that if an incomplete or incorrect address is given, or if details are missing, it may delay processing. We suggest that you review your shipping and billing information before checking out to avoid unnecessary delays.
- If you experience a problem with your tracking number or delivery of your order, please contact the courier directly before contacting NuMe. Lost packages with a delivery confirmation from the courier can be reshipped but are nonrefundable.
- If the estimated delivery time has passed, please contact us.
- Shipping fees for all orders are nonrefundable.
- For standard domestic orders, we ship using FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Standard Mail.
- Once a package ships, the delivery time can range anywhere from 3-7 business days.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the contents and the destination of your package.
- The standard domestic shipping fee starts at $11.95 and may increase depending on the weight of your package.
- Free standard shipping applies to US orders over $100 (after discounts) - unless stated otherwise.
- Depending on your location, the option to upgrade your shipping to FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Overnight may be available. The shipping rates for express packages will vary depending on your exact location. Please note: FedEx Express packages can only be delivered on business days, from Monday through Friday. We cannot guarantee Saturday deliveries, even with express shipping.
- Orders shipped internationally will usually be delivered in 15 to 25 days - additional delays may occur during the holidays.
- International orders take longer because they must pass customs before reaching the final carrier.
- We ship using APC, followed by local shipping agents.
