Return Policy

We are happy to accommodate returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit (subject to the conditions below).

    • Hair Care products and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons.
    • Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Expedited shipping costs are also nonrefundable if delivery is delayed, as such delays are beyond our control.
    • Return shipping labels within the United States can be provided by NuMe for a fee ranging from $6.99 to $12.99, depending on location.
    • For international returns, customers are responsible for arranging and covering their own return shipping.
    • All items must be returned in their original product packaging and unused condition.
    • Products that are opened, used, or show signs of wear may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price, deducted from the refund amount.
    • Orders returned after 30 days but within 90 days of purchase are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
    • EU Customers:
      In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers located in the European Union may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order. Returns under this right must be shipped at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated. Once the returned products are received in unused and resalable condition, a refund for the product cost (excluding shipping fees) will be issued.

Q: How do I start the return process?
To begin the return process, please email  info@numehair.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Q: What if I don’t have my order number?
To locate your order number, we will need a valid email address, your full name, or your shipping address for the order.

 

Q: What if I don’t have the original packaging?
If you do not have the original packaging that you received the product in, we will be unable to process the return.

Q: How long will NuMe take to process my return?
It takes anywhere from 5-7 business days to process a return once it has been delivered to our warehouse. If approved, your refund will be issued within 48 hours of processing your return. For US credit cards, it typically takes 2-3 business days for the refund to post onto your account. For international credit cards, it can take anywhere from 5-7 business days for the funds to appear (sometimes longer depending on your financial institution’s policy).

Q: Can I be refunded if I paid using store credit?
All refunds are issued in the same form of payment. Therefore, orders that were submitted using store credit can only be refunded in store credit. If only part of the order was paid in store credit, the credit will be returned to your NuMe account first and the remainder of the refund will be issued back to your debit/credit card.

Q: Can I return my order for an exchange?
We can exchange your tool for an item of equal or lesser value within 90 days from the date of purchase. If your exchange is of greater value than the return, there may be an exchange fee depending on the product selected. For questions about exchanges or how to upgrade your order for a different tool, please contact  info@numehair.com.

Q: If I need to return my order for a refund/exchange, am I required to return the free gifts that came along with it?
Yes, you are required to send back the free gifts in order to be eligible for a refund/exchange.

Q: Do you offer price adjustments?
Due to our variety of promotions, we currently do not offer post-purchase price adjustments. Some exclusions may apply.

Q: If I purchased a NuMe from a different retailer, can I return it to NuMe directly?
Orders made through one of our authorized retailers can not be returned to NuMe for a refund. For refunds, please go to the authorized retailer directly with a copy of your proof of purchase.

Q: Can Amazon orders be returned?
Yes, Amazon orders can be returned. Amazon returns must be processed through Amazon - to return your Amazon order, login to your account follow the Amazon returns process

Q: What if I purchased my NuMe from an unauthorized retailer?
If you purchased a tool from an unauthorized retailer, please contact the retailer directly for return instructions. Unfortunately, our 1 Year Limited Warranty is only applicable onto purchases made directly from NuMe or one of our authorized vendors.

Q: How can I be sure that the retailer I am purchasing from is an authorized retailer of NuMe?
