"I have thick, curly/wavy coarse hair. I have worn it straight since 1991. I have tried so many different products and treatments and nothing has ever kept my hair from getting big, wavy or frizzy especially in humid weather until now. My hair is flat, soft and straight. I hope they continue to make this forever. Process: I wash my hair and let it air dry (usually overnight). I apply the product to my dry hair and leave it in 60 minutes. I do a quick rinse leaving about 50% of the product in my hair. I dry it with a flat brush then flat iron each section 10 times with my nume flat iron at 390 degrees. Once done I wash and condition and dry it with my revair. This last time it looked so good I didn't even have to flat iron which has never happened ever. I'm in love."
"It smooths out my hair but it didn’t last long in my hair. The product doesn’t burn or irritate the scalp but for the money it costs it doesn’t keep your hair straight but for about two weeks. It’s a lot of steps to do by yourself. I asked my daughter to help me do the process."

I have coarse, coily, frizzy hair that is in a gray transition for a year now. Many years ago I used to do Brazilian Blowouts, however, I stopped bc of the chemicals for both me and my stylist. Instead of passing the flat iron many times I do one pass and it’s stick straight right after! I love that I can do it at home. It doesn’t burn my eyes and throat like the Brazilian Blowout did. "Before lightening my hair (to cover the gray), I used to get a couple of professional keratin smoothing treatments however my stylist does not recommend with the blonde. I therefore decided to give this product a try and the results are fantastic. It takes an investment of time and effort however they are worth it. I just wish that there were alternative shipping options to Canada (re-thought another purchase just this morning because FexEx international shipping is about $35 plus I have to deal with the additional cost related to exchange rate for the product purchase, etc.)."
