Warranty

Overview

All NuMe hair styling tools, except for accessories and hair care products, have a 1 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty. If your NuMe product does not function properly within the first 12 months from the date of purchase, NuMe will provide an exchange or replacement for the same model or an identical model of equal or lesser value. Shipping & handling fees may apply.

Warranty Duration

The warranty for all NuMe straighteners, wands, and dryers, is valid for the first year (12 months) from the date of purchase. The duration of the warranty begins at the time of purchase, not at the time of the tool’s first use. Hair care products as well as hair accessories such as brushes, clips, combs, etc., do not come with a warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

This 1 Year Warranty does not apply to any defect in the products arising from:

• Fair wear and tear.
• Accidental damage caused by misuse or negligence by you or a third party.
• Damage caused by abnormal storage or working conditions.
• Any damage resulting in broken components (heating elements, cracked or chipped plates, burnt cords, exposed wires, etc.)
• Failing to operate or use the products in accordance with the user instructions.
• Damage caused by the use of products under the incorrect voltage conditions and/or damage caused by the use of a converter.
• Any alteration or repair by you or by a third party.
• Theft or loss.

If your tool is disqualified from the warranty due to one of the reasons stated above, NuMe can still replace your tool under warranty for a small warranty fee.
