Lather desired amount in your palms for 5-10 seconds before applying directly to your scalp and roots and massage gently. Rinse and repeat. 1st wash will get the dirt and oil off the scalp. 2nd wash will help rejuvenate and activate the amino acids for growth, scalp balance and color retention.
