Can I reload or add value to a gift card?

Currently, NuMe Gift Cards are one-time use and cannot be reloaded

Can I return an item purchased with a gift card?

Yes! Refunds for returns purchased with a gift card will be credited back to the gift card rather than as cash.

What happens if my order exceeds the gift card value?

Any remaining balance can be paid using another payment method at checkout
