The 19mm barrel creates medium-sized, defined curls with a classic bounce. It’s great for creating voluminous, full-bodied curls that hold well throughout the day and can easily be brushed out for softer waves.

No. The Octowand is a clipless curling wand, which allows you to wrap hair freely around the barrel for more natural-looking curls without creases or dents.

If your curling wand displays an error message and does not heat up, don’t worry — this is part of our built-in safety system.

Our advanced safety feature is designed to instantly alert you if something is damaged or not properly connected. This means that if the barrel and handle are not securely locked into place, the tool will automatically stop heating to keep you protected at all times.

To fix this:

• Make sure the barrel is firmly inserted into the base. Gently push it in until you can’t push any further.
  
• Twist the locking mechanism back and forth a few times before attaching the barrel. Sometimes it may feel tight if the wand hasn’t been used since leaving the manufacturer.
  

Once the barrel is locked in securely, the error message should disappear and the wand will heat up as normal.

Yes. The Octowand is dual voltage (110–240V), so you can use it worldwide. All you need is a plug adapter compatible with the electrical outlets in the country you’re visiting.

Allow the tool to cool completely before storing. Detach the barrel, wipe it clean with a soft, dry cloth, and store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid tightly wrapping the cord around the handle, as this can damage the wire over time.
