HOW TO JOIN

In order for your application to be processed, please email sales@NuMeHair.com with the following information:

• First and last name Salon association
• Copy of your professional license
• Copy of driver's license or other form of photo ID
• Proof of salon ownership (if applicable)
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited cosmetology school (for students only)

Once approved, you will have to renew your status by reapplying to the program on an annual basis.

It may take 7 to 10 days to confirm your NuMe Pro Membership after sign-up.

SALON PROFESSIONALS LIFETIME WARRANTY 

Approved Brand Ambassadors are eligible for a $60 fee per tool and as long as each registered salon account has purchases 1k in hair care and tools a year. Plus active deliverables being a digital brand ambassador. 

All NuMe hot tools, except for accessories and hair care products, have a LIFETIME Limited Manufacturer Warranty. 

If your NuMe product does not function properly within the first 12 months from the date of purchase, NuMe will provide an exchange or replacement for the same model or a similar model of equal or lesser value. Shipping & handling fees may apply.

Only tools purchased directly from NuMe or an authorized NuMe Reseller with a valid proof of purchase are eligible for a replacement under this policy. Without proper salon registry from NuMe direct, no 3rd party will be acceptable. Only US and Canada-based salon professionals are eligible.

Warranty Duration

The warranty for all NuMe straighteners, curling wands, and dryers, is valid for life from the date of purchase. Email and registration is required to qualify. The duration of the warranty begins at the time of purchase, not at the time of the tool’s first use. Hair care products as well as hair accessories such as brushes, clips, combs, etc., do not come with a warranty.

Warranty Coverage

This Warranty does apply to any defect in the products arising from:

• Fair wear and tear.
• Accidental damage caused by misuse or negligence by you or a third party.
• Damage caused by abnormal storage or working conditions.
• Any damage resulting in broken components (heating elements, cracked or chipped plates, burnt cords, exposed wires, etc.)
• Failing to operate or use the products in accordance with the user instructions.
• Damage caused by the use of products under the incorrect voltage conditions and/or damage caused by the use of a converter.
• Any alteration or repair by you or by a third party.
• Theft or loss is not covered. 

In order to receive a replacement, the defective tool must be shipped back to NuMe headquarters for inspection. 

If your tool is disqualified from the warranty due to loss or theft, NuMe can still replace your tool for a small fee in addition to shipping & handling costs.
