Have a question?

How does the Straightening Brush work?

The Straightening Brush has heated bristles that straighten your hair as your brush through it.

What is the ideal temperature setting for my hair type?

  • Fine or damaged hair: 300-350°F (150-175°C)
  • Normal hair: 350-400°F (175-200°C)
  • Thick or coarse hair: 400-450°F (200-230°C)
  • Always start with a lower temperature and gradually increase if necessary.

Does the Straightening Brush have digital temperature control?

Yes.

What is the temperature range?

190°F - 450°F (90°C - 230°C)

Does the Straightening Brush have an automatic shut-off feature?

Yes, the tool will automatically shut off after 60 minutes (sleep mode), you can customize the time to be set in increments of 10 minutes.

How wide are the plates?

The bristles (plate) are 1 inch tall and cover 4 x 1.75 inches.

What Material is the Straightening brush made of?

100% Tourmaline Ceramic bristles

What benefit does the far infrared heat strip provide?

The far infrared heat strip sends gentle heat directly into the hair follicle and out to the cuticle to protect the health of strands over time. The far infrared heat also helps preserve moisture without causing over-drying. This is recommended for anyone who uses heat styling on a regular basis.

Can I curl with this straightener?

You cannot create curls like you would with a traditional straightener, but you are able to create loose waves and add body by utilizing the rounded edges on the brush.

Can I use this Brush in other countries?

Yes, this tool has Universal Voltage (110v - 240v), it will automatically adapt to required output - all you need is an adapter!

Do I need a converter?

Because the tool is dual voltage, we do not recommend the use of a converter with this tool - only an adapter.

Where can I get an adapter?

We include complimentary adapters - type I (AU), type C (EU) or type G (UK) - with most international orders while supplies last.

What is the best way to store this tool?

We recommend storing this tool in the case it comes with.
